3D scans of two large rocks, cleaned and retopologized to all-quads. Baked normal and displacement maps, bottoms closed. Specular maps added. UVs properly flattened with minimum distortion and maximum texture usage. Displacement already set up for optimal look, but can be tweaked.
Rock 1: 36022 quads, 36024 verts
Rock 2: 61992 quads, 61993 verts
Textures (all 4096x4096 tif files):
- 2 color maps
- 2 displacement maps
- 2 normal maps
- 2 specular maps
Renders marked Maxwell were rendered with Maxwell render, others with mental ray. Both scenes are lit and ready for rendering.
All the packages include textures, except FBX - please download any of the others as well to get the textures with FBX.
*Note: Bottoms are not 3d scanned and are using less UV space, therefore they are not perfectly suitable for closeups. They are properly textured with seams removed, though, and can be visible in renders (as seen in some of the previews). No need to keep them hidden in the ground.
