The model comes in 2 zip files: one for the mesh (max or obj) and one for the maps in a seperate zip file.

The model included the deck and house (exterior and interior), as well as all the objects shown in the images (and some that my no be shown). The elf and santa are not included and are for reference only. All the exterior and interior walls are individually textured with high res maps. All the objects such as doors and drawers (except in the kitchen) work. Most of the furniture in the house was custom made for this house but allot of the cartoon toys and stuff are included with the model. All the furniture and stuff is hierarchied to the floor level they are in and are logically named. Models that have multiple object are linked and work like the real thing. There are multiple cameras placed in each room which are logically named, such as: 'Camera_Kitchen_FL' for the camera that is in the kitchen looking front left.
