This is a complete model for any kind of architectural visualization (render and real time visualization) with cinematic model with displacement map for close up images and real time model with 3 level of detail (LOD) for a better optimization of gpu calculations.
There are all kind of map you need:
diffuse, displacement, glossiness, height, normal, roughness/metallic/AO (all 3 in one map) and detail normal and bump!
It's included a .max file with material perfectly assembled (merge in your scene and assign texture's included in this model)
if you use another program, import the obj file and create a material using the textures included.
