These ruins which have been specifically modeled out for next generation game engines, are low poly enough to maintain a low fps rate, yet detailed enough to look realistic. The textures are provided and so are the normal maps and spec maps. This entire file is divided into segments, and a major file containing all of those ruin segments in it. There are also an OBJ compilation file, so you can import into any 3d Program.
