The robot is rigged with a standard biped rig in Max. The scene is set up with Vray renderer in mind, but changing the lighting and materials for other render types isn't too difficult.

It's possible to change the face on the screen of the head. 3 different expressions are supplied.

Subdivision by meshsmooth modifier is used and is set to level 2 as the recommended value.
