Lamp is rigged with links at the appropriate pivot points as showcased in preview image, NOET: position arms before rotating base, Rig is not available in .OBJ format

Light [ON] – Bulb material has self illumination activated and a mental ray area spot light is rigged in as a group with the cone of lamp.

Light [OFF] – Bulb material is transparent glass with no light rigged into cone.
