This is a detailed model of street.
It includes everything you see on the screenshots: buildings, lowpoly cars and people, roads, trees, bushes, ocean, benches, phones, lights... everything you see.
It is fully textured and ready to use, most of the materials have not only diffuse maps, but also bump, specular, reflection and opacity maps (if needed). This helps keep polycount as low as possible, while scene remains very detailed. All the textures are hi-res, which makes this scene extremely good for close-ups. It also looks great in the distance, so it can be used as a background or for fly-through animations as well.
What you see is waht you get, the lighting setup is also included - just guide the camera, hit F9 and you can recreate any of the screenshots you've seen here.
