The portal is 3 different objects, each with their own texture(s). The blue mist in the middle is one PNG texture with alpha, add your own glow effects to it with OBJ format. The portal itself is 2 objects, one with a spec, color and emit map, the other with a color and specular map. The textures are not set up to be mip mapped. Jump texture is not animated. The materials rely on the textures.
