This is a highly detailed model that was originally created for use in a TV commercial. The product includes 2 models...a high density version (2900 POLYs) and a low density version (890 POLYs). Also, a meshsmooth modifier can be added, but isn't necessary...this model was used (as is) in extreme close-up shots that looked GREAT!

POWERFUL SURFACE TOOLS
This product is fully surfaced and ready to render. With this product you receive a 3DS Max Material Library that contains multiple versions of the 'OVUMsurf' material. This material allows you to make subtle modifications to the surface very easily. The standard 'Black & White Electron Microscope' surface is included as well as a 'colored' version. Use the Mental Ray renderer for the most accurate surface deformation.

This product was designed and created with 3DS Max. While a 3DS version is included, only the Max file has been tested.
