It is not a representation of any particular city. Although you can clearly tell that it was inspired by middle eastern architecture, it is fully fictional - no reference images we used in city designing process.
It includes everything you see on the screenshots: buildings, trees, barrels, carts, markets and so on.

It is fully textured and ready to use. Textures are hi-res, which makes this scene extremely good for close-ups. It also looks great in the distance, so it can be used as a background or for fly-through animations as well.

What you see is what you get, the lighting setup is also included - just guide the camera, hit F9 and you can recreate any of the screenshots you've seen here. Scene uses MentalRay as it's render.
