This model is now in OBJ format and can be imported into almost every software! The OBJ format cannot keep the rigging information. Only the original MAX version of this model is rigged and animated, and it is also here at Turbosquid.
Yes, the mapping coordinates are all saved in the mesh and the texture maps come with the model, but the materials are not saved in OBJ either. You only need to select the body, tongue, teeth, eyes and eye-lids (one at a time) and apply the matching textures that come with the model. Levels of bumpness and brightness should also be adjusted (not too much, and not too less).
If you find the texture maps too heavy, you can always optimize or resize them, but quality will be lost.
It is also normal if the imported OBJ model appears with some unsmooth faces in your sofware. Don´t worry, this can be corrected by simply applying smoothness to the entire mesh.
