Middle poly bush. With one bark texture(with dot3 map) and with one branch texure(with dot3 map too). Besides with two lod versions. The first Lod Version has 90 Tris, the second 750 Triangles.
It will look better if you use 'Draw Backface' on your program, but without it looks great, too.
You can open the obj file format with almost all popular programs.
