Includes the areas around important buildings and areas which: Empire state building,Times Square, Rockfeller Center,Grand Central Station, Chrysler,Broadway ,Park avenue,Bryant Park and many other.

The city including even the skyscrapers newly built.

The scene is organized into groups.

All buildings are located and are scaled based satellite images.

The rendering is setup in Mental Ray.
Only in the 3ds max version,Mental Ray lighting and setup file also included.
No 3rd party plugin needed.
I also included a non-illuminated 3DsMax version with standard materials,(if you do not use mental ray)
