This MP 40 was designed specifically for real time applications such as games. It was originally modeled in 3DS Max 2010. The renders are done in real time with a DirectX shader to show how this weapon will really look in game.
The normal map was baked from a high poly model to create great detail with a low poly count.
2 Objects: main gun and magazine
-2048x2048 diffuse, normal, and specular maps in .tga and .jpg formats for main gun
-1024x1024 diffuse, normal, and specular maps in .tga and .jpg formats for the magazine
-The stock can be folded in or out in 3ds Max (out by default)
-UV Unwrapped with little overlap
-standard 3ds Max materials
-all materials and objects are appropriately named
-no special plug-ins necessary to use this product
