Here's a turntable animation included modern apartment building with european style.

There are 5 floors and 1 entrance floor and 1 basement floor containing shelter and concierge apartment.

Dimensions are in centimeters:

Height is 2425cm
Depth is 1374cm (left and right facade length)
Width is 3708cm (front facade length)

There are several spotlights, a sunlight and several vraylights for simulating a real interior scene. And render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render.

The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according layers so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.)

All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format. OBJ format contains only the objects, all of other contain the cameras and animation.


3d max 2011 and vray 1.5-2.0 render plugin is used.

With i7 2.83 Ghz 8gb RAM machine, Vray render takes 2 hours for 72 frames animation.
