The sunglasses are at a fixed position and do not fold flat. They have 3 basic materials attached.

The Maya Scene file can be rendered through the ScratchFX_Sunglasses_Camera.
This scene file has been rendered with Mental Ray so make sure to enable Mental Ray in your plugins window. I have attached a MentalraySubdivApprox to the Mesh.

The 3DS MAX 2009 Scene files are not setup to be rendered. They have only the standard high and low polygon meshes.

Each file format has the high and low polygon meshes.
