Robosphere – spherical robot with four legs, camera and speaker.
(you can use the speaker hole for some other device)The files are identical for MAYA 8.5 and 3D MAX 9. They include: Poligonal Robosphere Rig – handy skeleton with attributes/sliders for camera/speaker covers. There are two videos where you can see how the rig works and a simple animation.
Mental ray materials UV mapping – if you want to use a texture (you may need to rearrange the maps to fit your texture) Environment (like the pictures above)
