Ella is a 3ds MAX format realistic model of a 20 to 30 year-old woman.
She is ready to render in Max 2009 with Mental ray, with all skin textures and materials included in the download. The lighting and rendering settings are also in place, ready to be used for this model, or as a guide to lighting your own characters and scenes.
Modeling:
The model has been created by a professional character artist with many years in the industry working on next-gen videogames and high-end characters. She was crafted with animation in mind, using edgeloops that deform well during movement, allowing more freedom and expressions in the character.
Shading and lighting:
Due to the hyper real skin and eyes setup, Ella looks good in any environment. Dark and moody, sunlight, studio or wherever you place her.
Textures :
Textures are included up to 4096x4096 allowing extreme closeups and ensuring a realistic image without extreme pixelation or adverse stretching. The model also includes a carefully modeled bikini.
The thumbnails show a variety of lighting conditions, each of which show off different qualities of the model. Each lighting setup is included in a separate scene, simply drop in the Ella file and hit render.
OBJ and other aspects disclaimer:
All of the images are direct renders without any modifications except for the main preview image on the black background, which has been slightly retouched in order to show Ella's potential.
The OBJ files are offered for download also, which include simply the Ella model in a low and medium resolution. Perfect for starting a new character, sculpting on top of or using for testing. The OBJ file is a popular format that can be imported into most 3d applications. It comes UV mapped but without shaders,lights or rendering settings, as it's simply an importable model file. The textures are included in the Max file download in the TEXTURES folder. These can be used to texture the OBJ file in your own software.
