This is a nice cartoon character. It is already rigged, textured and ready to use/animate.
You can create your own expressions in 'Emotion Controller' (very simple to use - just drag few control points and watch face changes in real-time), 9 facial morphs are included as examples.
Model has 7 000 polygons without smoothing, and over 30 000 if smoothed.
Pictures above are rendered with VRay commercial plugin (Default settings + GI ON)
