Full Fire Escape set
This set features all the elements to create any array of fire escapes. These meshes are low poly and optimized and game ready. Perfect and ready to use for games, television and film.

Meshes
The set includes balconies, fire escapes with a ladder and stairs, stairs on their own, and railings. Max 2009 files have standard materials applied, and Max 2010 has Vray materials applied. The files used to render the screen shots are also included. The example render is just one example of how these assets can be used.
The poly count is the total of all the meshes.

Textures
There are 2 sets of 1024 x 1024 textures. One is a railing and stair set with an alpha and the other is trims and details. These are built very optimaly to allow for reuse, easy re-painting and can be scaled to a smaller size. The Zip files includes Diff, Spec, Norm and Alpha .Tga's as well as the source .PDA files.
