This is an accurate model of a DNA strand with every single atom placed precisely where it should be. Exactly how the DNA is really build! The model is one 'loop' so if you want to make the strand longer you just copy one piece and it fits right in.

Max 7 version with standard materials, or Max 9 with Vray shaders; FBX and obj file was exported from 3dsMax. Obj and ma formats tested in Maya 2008.

note:
The Maya Ascii version was packed twice using rar to get below the 30 MBs limit for files uploaded to TurboSquid. It's best to use WinRAR for unpacking in case you encounter any problems.
