The model was created in 3ds Max 2010 and the preview images were rendered with mental ray.

The mental ray MAX file and the FBX file include mental ray Arch&Design materials.
The V-Ray MAX file includes V-Ray materials.
Both versions are ready to merge and render.
All files don't include the background visible in the rendered previews, they only include the chandelier, so that it's easier to merge them and use in other scenes.
