maya cafe house building - Cafe Building by Apex Visuals

This is a model of a coffee house café which includes everything seen in the render previews (including the chairs, tables, plants, etc.) The .max scene comes with a V-Ray rendering setup. The shaders are V-Ray materials and can be easily converted to any other format, as all the textures are included in the accompanying rar file.


The majority of the poly count is contributed to the plants in the front of the building.
