The model is a two storey suburban building with a fully detailed ground floor store and first floor apartment including a seperate stairwell from the street to the first floor and roof. On the first floor there is an apartment, shower room and two seperate balconies with access doors. The roof is detailed with an access housing and door, pipes, meters and vents. The doors are furnished with hinges, bolts, handles and supports.
The store, apartment, shower room and balconies are fully furnished. The apartment has a couch, coffee table, dining table, side table and shelves, large locker cupboard, chairs, paintings and photos. The shower room has a shower with curtain and base, wall cupboard with pill containers and boxes, a toilet, wall mirror, sink with taps, integrated sink cupboard and a wall vent. The balconies have chairs, tables and some old oil drums.
