The model is not jointed but comes already animated although without any movement of the wheel, you can see this in the downloadable preview. (The animation can be easily removed if desired.)

I have also added a text file to the model which will probably be useful if you want to understand the Ball Droid and how it works.

Everything comes in two zipped folders, one containing the Blender version, and the other containing the Object files.
