'The little sister of the Tolomeo Parete wall light. Over a radius of 74cm, this luminaire softly and pleasantly focuses light. And when it is not being used, it can be made compact so that it does not get in the way. No wall outlets are required for the installation of this light; you simply need to screw it on and plug it in. All done! The 2m-long cable gives you plenty scope. The adjustable arm with a sophisticated spring balance system and the lamp head which rotates in all directions provide maximum flexibility. The Tolomeo Parete Micro made from light aluminium shines a bright, zoned light suitable for sofas and armchairs, beds and small desks which are used for casual work. The switch on the cable makes it convenient to operate. And that is not all: it also offers a hint of ambient lighting which softly illuminates the ceiling through a small opening in the head of the lamp. The contrast created by the fully-satinised surface of the head and the shining, polished aluminium arm is the icing on the cake for this design.'
There are a couple of models flying around here, but they didn't suit my purposes. I needed a highly detailed model so I decided to build one myself.
Now it's up for grabs (dare I say, the most detailed model of this lamp on turbosquid).
