FBX and OBJ versions have simple lamberts with different coloring materials.
FBX and OBJ import tested in 3ds Max and Cinema 4D
The FBX version works best for Cinema 4D.
The HDRI map may need some rotation other 3d aplications like Cinema 4d for example so that the lighting and reflections matches.
The bezel material is a (V-Ray) Blend material.
It needs to be adapted to an equivalent blend material type in other render engines.
