Cloth objects have correct setting and they are presimulated to set initial cloth state(only MAX version).
Only max version is fully functional(rig,skin,cloth,morph).

FBX vesion have some limitation on skin and rig and need some adjustements after import. FBX have no cloth setting(cloth

objects are exported as mesh).
