The object is a subdivision surface object together with a non-stretching UV map for the cushion, which allows the colors/pattern of the cusion to be easily replaced with another texture. A fabric bump map is also included for the cushion. The color of the chair is easy to change.

LightWave, 3ds Max and Modo files are setup and ready to render. Obj export is available as well which can be imported into most 3D packages available.
