Very detailed hipoly 3d model of the great old quercus robur. (Quercus robur is commonly known as the English oak or pedunculate oak or French oak. It is native to most of Europe, and to Anatolia to the Caucasus, and also to parts of North Africa).
Detailed enough for your close-up renders.
Model is real world scale (centimeters; tree is about 18 metre high).
Model consists of two separate objects: leaves cloud and trunk with branches. If you want to use oak as winter tree or dead tree - you can simply delete leaves. Also if you have an autumn scene - you can simply apply autumn mat or texture to leaves cloud (all necessary mats are already in max files, all necessary textures are already in the archive).
There are three Max2011 files: first one with standard mat, second one with V-ray mat, third one with V-ray mat and V-ray proxy files.
The third file has to be described in more detail. The third file is easier than others (only 80333 polys and 198521 verts). Oak in third file consists of three parts:
1. Trunk - poly,
2. Branches - proxy,
3. Leaves cloud - another proxy.
So you can make clouse up renders of trunk with displace map.
Standard materials in fbx file.
All necessary textures are in each archive.
