max condè nast building - Condè Nast Building by FraP

Medium level of detail.
In 3ds max version,this model is organized on layers,for easy management of the scene.
The model is placed in exact position respect to other Times Square buildings present in my product page.
The rendering is setup in mental ray.
Lighting is included only in 3ds max version and materials may appear different in other program formats.
No 3rd party plugin needed.
I also included a non-illuminated 3DsMax version with standard materials,(if you do not use mental ray).

This scene is modeled in real world scale.
