max bag canvas money - Bag by 3D Resource

This model created in 3DS MAX 2011 uses standard Mentalray materials with no bitmaps. It has a turbo smooth modifier on it to help smooth out the surfaces but this can easily be brought down to low poly, if needed. The bag can be used as a canvas bag for clothes, money, flour, beans, etc... or a wrinkled shiney material could be used to create a trash bag.
