max apartment complex - Apartment complex... by Raouldip

An apartment building that was modeled from professional architects plans. The roof tiles are 3D but have been set to display as boxes in Max to ease workflow. Key elements are named and elements like the roof tiles are on layers so they can be turned off while working on the building. I have over ten years of experience modeling buildings so rest assured this is a very good model.
Please note this is rendered and textured with Vray 1.5 RC5 but there are only three materials that can easily be replaced with other materials while retaining the existing UVW mapping.
