****FBX does not export render settings. So this is the fix if you are using 3dsmax. (It does export UV and materials, although they have to be re applied)

1) Turn Renderer to: Mental Ray
2) Set exposure control to: MR Photographic with Physically based Outdoor Daylight.

**** 3DS is not textured.
