*Maya - version 8 or 2008. Includes all furniture, plants, shaders, textures, and lighting as shown. Render previews have no retouching except previews with people and cars - people and cars not included.
*Autodesk AliasStudio (.wire file) available in version 12 or version 2008. Includes all shaders, textures, lights, props, and plants (see previews).
*Iges format is entirely NURBS (we can also export a .stp version). It includes a textures folder. People and cars not included.
