This is a legal and binding agreement between you (the “Buyer”) and M&M Creations. By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using any M&M Creations products, you have conclusively accepted all of the terms and conditions of this License and the legislation about copyrights related to the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA)

The Buyer may use the Product commercially but may not distribute the Product or any of the Product’s files. The Artist retains all copyrights to the files. The Buyer shall not copy, modify, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the Product, or sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the Product to any third party in whatever media format.
The Buyer shall not store the Product any place where it could be used by another person or party

This License does not grant permission to produce a real, tangible replica of the 3D mesh/model/product acquired.

Product may be used for texturing and reference purposes.

Virtual worlds/games:
It is allowed to import the product for personal use in a virtual world or game. It is only allowed to use the product commercially at those platforms with the following permissions: copy/modify or modify/transfer or modify or copy or transfer.
The product may not be made transferable for use as freebie or other gift item. Pricing of the product has to be reasonable in accordance to excisting marketvalues.

The Buyer retains this License, even if the Artist stops selling the work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price.

Products sold at M&M Creations shall not be used for illegal purposes.
