Basement, ground floor, upper floor, pool, bathrooms, etc - all rooms furnished at a medium-high detail level. All furniture models optimized to reduce poly count wherever possible.
All models grouped logically to allow unseen furniture to be easily hidden to optimize rendering.
The preview images were rendered in MAX - the model in alternate formats (MB, LWO, XSI, OBJ, ETC) will not render exactly as seen in the preview images - lighting and materials may need to be adjusted for optimul results.
