I tried to adjust the colours to give a balance between an accurate and dramatic colouring - I probably leaned a bit too much towards the latter! In particular, darker areas are too dark, and I exagerated the colour towards blue/green. (Though this does rather match the effect caused by contrast to the naked eye through a telescope).

Maps are 8k x 4k pixels, which should be good enough for very high resolution full planet views, or getting fairly close at lower resolutions.

You may well want to adjust the strength of the normal map to suit your needs - stronger can look more dramatic, but can also give innacurate results near the terminator.
