Before buying, download the preview images from the links below. They show examinations of the deer.

Deer Pack 2 comes with two models of each doe or buck. For instance, Buck-A.lwo is a higher detailed model important for closer renders while Buck-B.lwo is about half the polys, and has some reduced detail, for when render time is on your budget. You can compare the versions 'A' and 'B' of both deer in the thumnail snapshots above.

**NOTE**
Though .lwo file models are included, subpatch level is not saved in the object file. Therefore non lightwave users, when converting/importing, should convert/import the .lws scene file, for the 'A' and 'B' versions have the subpatchlevel embedded into the scene.

**NOTE**
LIGHTWAVE USERS:
The .lws scene files are set up with great lighting and settings to create an optimum environment, and when loading the model in other scenes, scene & object properties should be in an attempt to mimmick the settings in the provided scenes. This is only a recommendation however, an aspect of taste. But poor or unrealistic lighting in a scene for example, could result in hurting the deer's image. When first downloading the files, preview the deer in the scene already set-up.

**NOTE**
For actual LIGHTWAVE USERS, this product was created in lightwave 8, for a list of issues encountered using older versions, check out newtek's website. (makers of lightwave.) Also, the versions A and B of the doe and buck models will appear the same, (in terms of poly-count) inside of lightwave. This is because the only difference is the subpatch level for rendering quality. The two versions (A & B) were included for non lightwave users using programs such as right hemishere's products to import .lws formats, as this would result in all the subpatched poly to be converted into actual polygons. Lightwave users therefore can expect visible poly count (of a given deer) to be less than 1500 when viewed in modeler.
