All textures and models are included, along with the lights required to have the strip emit light. The model formats are 3dsmax 2009 (.max), 3dsmax (.3ds), and comes with the .mat files to replicate what is shown in the thumbnails.

I personally used this for futuristic roadway lights, but it has the potential to be used for cityscape lighting and possibly even interior lighting.
