These group of models offer high resolution geometry details, high resolution color, displacement, specular, bump textures. The scene comes with light setup (Modo-Fbx Only). The topology of the models were carefully crafted for using in animations and proper rendering.

The renders you see in the images are done with Modo. So only the Modo file will provide you the original lighting/shader.

Other formats only carry the general material and texturing.
