INTERIOR - RUINED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

This is full scene - warehouse buildings with very detailed interiors. Model is prepared for professional projects. There are two ruined buildings with outstanding interiors. Perfect for walk through animations or interior/exterior presentations.
The models were created reasonable, keeping middle poly count:
- 5,125 polygons - buildings without environment and interior details,
- 48,076 polygons - whole scene with environment objects (without interior details),
- 3,813,197 - whole scene with all objects,

GOOD MESH TOPOLOGY, CLEAN MATERIAL EDITOR
Mesh topology is very clean. Optimized - all unvisible faces are deleted. Mostly quads, only rubble heaps are triangulated meshes.
NO MULTI/SUB-OBJECT MATERIALS!
Nobody like objects with many different materials assigned. This produce disorder in 'Material Editor' with a lot of needless, scattered 'multi materials'.
There is no mess with textures and materials here.
Only singe materials were use (one exception - ivy material), morover each object have only one material assigned.
No 'Multi/Sub-Object materials' = no mess in 'Material Editor'.

HIGH RESOLUTION TEXTURES
Textures were made specially for this scene and are big resolution. There are 32 textures in dimensions:
3200x4048, 2200x2200, 2048x2048, 2200x726, 1600x1066, 1400x1400, 1024x1024, 800x800, 800x600, 722x692, 600x600, 512x512

SCENE ORGANIZATION
Our products are designed for professionals. Mesh topology is clean, objects arranged on layers, materials, textures and objects clearly named. Very easy to work with.
There is a lot models of rubble - well organized, optimized (reset transforms, xforms etc) and grouped. Because of that scene is light and fast to render.
Scene comes in two versions - with standard materials with no light and for V-Ray with V-Ray light and materials. Preview renders shows version for V-Ray.
