The model is quite simple but it took some research to develop a good and easily adjustable stack of modifiers+shaders that would produce good 'commercial' ice effect on TV screen in various types of scenes/environments.
These shaders/geometry look very realistic in animation on various backgrounds and lighting setups.
Tweek the settings in the stacks to create any ice form you need. Use the 'select mesh' modifier to create smooth 'melted' corners.
