This machine is a design offshoot from similar Kamov concepts. It represents a twin vertical lift rotor system together with a tail mounted hoizontal thrust system for airplane mode. Power is supplied by two fuslage mounted turboshaft engines.

The machine can land and takeoff vertically or conventionally from both land and sea. The cabin is configured to hold 2 crew and 22 passengers or cargo and can fly in the 300 knot range. Fuel volume is sufficient for distances in the 1200 mile class dependent on operational specifics.

The machine is ,ost attractive for shuttle-resupplu and also, and most notably for 'disaster relief'.

The model consists of 43 subassembly parts/layers.
