A lower resolution version of a prop I made for a character I made a while back called the Lantern Holder, for lack of a better name. Comes with color and spec maps. The OBJ is saved as one piece, which you can split up later, and the FBX is organized as separate parts with appropriate maps already assigned, but you may have to adjust the bump depth and reflectivity since the values kept getting changed whenever I tried to export it.
