houses roofs decks 3d max - sample_houses by 3D Concepts and Design

A collection of 8 unique houses (exterior only) ready to go with maps and materials. Almost 30 percent of the vertex/poly count is the shingled roofs. Some have decks, some have a land base if it was very unique to the home design.

Not really designed for 'mass population' of a neighborhood since the poly count is rather high. But these are nicely detailed houses, suitable for renders at close distance. A perfect solution to fill in a close background where some detail is required.

Also included are many useful materials for concrete, brick, siding, aluminum soffit/facia systems, and shingles. I use this file regularly as a 'materials repository' as well as for the geometry.
