This is a game ready model of a house of a very poor family. The era of the architecture is 18 century - the Bulgarian National Revival. The model was produced using 3ds MAX 2009 and preview renders were created using Mentalray. There is NO any need of additional plugins, the model is ready to be used in 3ds MAX 2009 or up.

The product contains 31 custom textures in *.tga file format, 24 bit compression, and their maximum dimensions are 1024 x 1024 px.
