Really nice models - imports into Maya perfectly, and downloaded street textures apply with little tweaking. Great for exterior shots - even the renders look nice out of the box.

This item is a nice setup for a town. The only problem is that sometimes the maxwell render that was used on the file crashes maya, as well as puts out error files when loading the scene, if you''re not using maxwell.
