The model is made up of seven objects and an armature. Altogether they have 13K faces. Rendered in Vray 3 (render result will be as preview, or better). The topo is good, the texturing done properly. No redundant textures. The hair is a mesh.
There are all necessary textures of right size. The max file has all the materials, including comlex materials, named correspondingly.
For games and engines use the .fbx in zipped folder named UnityTweaks. The model there differs in some aspect to be more stable. It has only one UV-channel, so there will bi no problem in texturing
