Hillary Clinton model consists of eight objects body hair eyes brows teeth necklace earings. Real world size. Make sure you choose meter as a working unit.
Midpoly count make it easy to operate and test, or intgate the model to other scenes.
Shading and texturing in the current scene is done with normal map and color map. Specularity map is reserved for you (not used in the current scene though).
No hair system is there in the scene. The hair is properly made with the mesh and shaded anisotropically. The edges are mapped to be transparent, to have soft falloff.
Complex rig and character set-up is done. Control nurbs are integrated in the rig to roughly drive the geometry, orient pole-vectors, or bear the animated attributes. IK chains are major in this very set-up, wich gives you all basic facilities for posing. All the additional poses can be achieved with custom attributes. Torso motion is achieved with the help of back spline.

Arm IK chain and hand rig is complemented with eight attributes:
each finger's bend- motion attribute control. Allows you to bend each finger - index, ring, pinky, middle and thumb. Certian controllers are correspondinly named.
collective fingers' motion control, forming fist. Allows you to quickly form fist driven by single attribute. This attribute can be found in L_Hand_Cntrl nurbs control Channel Box for the left hand, and in R_Hand_Cntrl nurbs control Channel Box for the right hand.
This model has yet been soled once or twice. It was used for animation and the game-dev project, and poved its efficiency. The model was tested by the site stuff.
The model is real world size, to make sure you it is, just go to Display > Grid (options) > and make sure the Lengh and Width is 8 units, Grid lines every 5 units, Subdivisions are 5.
