Please note that the trees are not included. These are free models and you can download them yourself from Turbosquid as I don´t have any rights to include them.
All textures are included but the material setup is not avaliable in .obj file. Cinema 4D version requires Cinema 4D 10.5. As the .fbx format is supported by most of the 3d apps, you should have mo problems with missing materials. If you dont want to reapply the materials, but the texture files to the same location as the model file. Then textures should be loaded correctly.
